Improvement priorities for 23/24

Having reviewed all of our Key Performance Measures from 2022/23, the governors and Senior Leadership Team have completed a detailed School Improvement Plan to build on our continued success.  The key headlines are shown below:

The Senior Leadership Team will additionally always be mindful of staff mental health and well-being and as such, will regularly review staff workload and ensure that responsibilities are reasonable and commensurate with their role in school.
